Shipping Policy

Whether you are buying or selling a gift card, we want to ensure your gift card reaches its destination safely. That’s why CouponTrade verifies members and covers all shipping expenses on gift card purchases through USPS.

Physical gift cards: CouponTrade provides a pre-paid USPS shipping label. All gift cards must be shipped within three business days or your order will be cancelled. If you cannot ship your cards within three business days, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

E-Gift Cards: All CouponTrade E-gift cards are delivered directly from the seller’s account to the buyer’s account. If you have not received your gift card within 1-2 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Return Policy

If you made a purchase on CouponTrade that you weren’t satisfied with, we would like to make it up to you.

Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • A Gift Card was not received
  • A Gift Card did not contain the value it was listed at
  • A Gift Card expired before your purchase
  • A Gift Card was for a business that closed before your purchase
